thats about it. just say it. and to imply the whole "fun" part, try this:

you: sup
girl: hi
you: we should hangout sometime.
girl: ok, how about your house?
you: eh.... lots of people at my house, so lets try yours....... unless u LIKE spectators.
girl: spectators? whats that supposed to mean?
you: heh..... dont worry about it. tommorow around 5 is good right?
girl: uh..... yea sure
you: kool c ya then babe.

if she has any idea what's up, she'll catch on. unless u arent smooth about it, or if she's just a friend, it might freak her out. decide for yourself if it fits your situation.
