How to bulk up abs..?

Hey guys...

quick question... I have an 8 pack (hey what do ya' want..? I do trapeze alright!) but its kinda flat.. I would like to put more bulk on it... make it thicker and stand out more if you know what i mean...

is it possible to do this..? with like weighted situps and what-not...??

any and all help is greatly appreciated... :cool:

I kind of have your problem. I have a clear six-pack if i flex, but at a stand-still i have a 4-pack. You HAVE TO be on a strict healthy diet, that's my problem cuz I love to eat and i'm trying to bulk-up elsewhere so it's hard to balance, but eat healthy and weighted sit-ups work. There's one thing I do but its hard to explain.


Get on an incline bench, place a 20 lb weight on ur chest, and get half way up and hold it for 5-10 seconds, it rips the hell out of ur abs.

yeah I do that now but I was just wondering if it actaully worked.... if anyone here has seen results

so now the question now is (besides the one above), is doing static reps (holding for 5-10 sec) better that full sit-ups or crunches...?? interesting food for thought...:confused:
