what is the proper way of breathing during push ups nad chin ups? what i mean is when to u inhale and exhale???

Exhale while pushing up. In the form of saying some number (usually synonymous with the number of pushup that you're on . . . ie "One . . . Two . . . Three . . . " etc.)
