Okay, it's been a helluva week for me regarding skiing. Last week I lost a ski whilst skiing the the light and fluffy duff at the local hill. I've spent 7 hours over three days looking for that fvcker. :cuss:

Guess I'll have to hike back up there when the snow melts.

FYI, I am an AVID skier and been skiing for over 26 years. It's a HUGE part of my life and I've have some doozy wrecks over the years. But this one takes the cake. Now, I've broken skis before, but NOTHING like THIS!

Amazingly, I wasn't hurt. Walked away without any bumps or bruises. Absolute miracle. But the skis are another story!

Enjoy!!:D

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Haha, I love the dismount somersault off your planks!

So a buried rock just cracked both your sticks at the front binding mount on the landing?

I guess that's just an excuse to buy some better skis for b/c and next season, maybe some nice custom ones, as long as they're burly.

I had an epic day here in the CO last friday - probably one of my top 5 ever. 18+ inches in the trees, discovered some new hidden glades, and hucked a nice 10 foot boulder.
