how to break into chatting "circles"

you all know how it is in high school. ppl chat on campas in circles. i find that i have a hard time breaking into them, even tho several pppl in them are my friends. i just feel awkard doing it. any tips?

also, how do you break into a circle when you only know one person but want to get to know ppl in the circle. for example in the popular circle, you know one person but want to get to know the rest.

just go say wasup to your friends in the circle and they usually open up the circle and you get in.

You just gotta be an outgoing character.

Greet your friend, but make sure the whole group notices you. Something like "Yoo buddy, whats up? We still going out later?", something like that.

Then look to the person closest to you and say "I don't believe we've met"
Give out your hand, introduce yourself, they will do the same. Do this to the rest of the group as well.

Then just start up a conversation like TV Shows, or last night's game against the other school or w/e.
Make sure you leave a good image of yourself tho, (energetic, outgoing etc.) and the group will like you.


Then there you go...say hi to your new found friends in the halls as well.
