"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I'm totally infatuated with this girl I've been seeing for the last month. I'm starting to act like an AFC big time. I need to stop this cycle before I self destruct all of this and she loses interest. She is totally on my mind 24/7. I'm wondering if anyone can give me any tips on breaking this infatuation with her and not catching one-itis which I may already have.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Go to the gym, play sports, hang out with friends, do work, OTHER GIRLS should be easy to approach if you know that you already have a sure thing going

Or don't text her for a day or 2, make that a goal and you'll stop thinking of her for a bit

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Damn dude, I'm happy that you found a girl that you like so much. You better start talking to other girls asap though to save this one. Don't stop dating other women until she's your g/f. Otherwise you'll fixate on the one you like and your head won't be clear. When you talk to her you'll have low self-confidence and you'll think that every word/moment with her is so crucial and important. You gotta get your head right and spin them plates!! Easier said than done I know but it's your only chance. Best of luck!

Sometimes if I start to feel like this, I try to put myself into her last ex's shoes (you don't have to really know the ex...just pretend to be another dude that dated this girl). Then I start to imagine the type of $hit he had to put up with this girl in order to finally break up with her.

Then I instantly feel better and she don't go up on that pedestal.

I forget where I read this but somebody at one time said, "When you see a hot girl, think about all the guys who are tired of her $hit and want nothing to do with her in this lifetime."

Doing this has a powerful effect of "humanizing" women and you aren't as infatuated with them anymore.
