I was shy as hell growing up. I dont know, I think you just have to grow out of it. Its good that you're asking questions, trying, acknowleging your problem, so thats a great step forward.

When I was younger though, we didn't have internet to figure out our problems so I was screwed and a lot of time had to go by before I grew out of it.
