Reflecting on personal experience here.
Some advice that I discovered through trial and error: emotional b1tches.
I have a plate of mine, hot body, good in the sack, and otherwise monetarily very cheap to please. I call her up a few days in advance, say that I'm coming over on Friday night with some wine and KFC, roll through, smash, and that's it. Talk to her once or twice in a week to keep things light and steady.
She has a rough history with men, not the smartest and prone to mistakes. She has daddy issues and emotional scars. She texts me out of the blue saying that I'll dump her like other guys, I'm just using her, blah blah blah etc. We've all heard it.
I have 10+ plates, I don't really care much whether I lose her or keep her. However, always better to salvage than eliminate, because salvaging is actually quite easy if you have the proper mindset.
You see, a weaker man gets influenced by her moods and instability. He would get mad at her or other may just dump the plate entirely. Which is fine, but in reality, it's pretty easy to mold her emotions to fit your own doctrine. You can easily flip the conversation, reinforce with some charm, and switch her mind to a more pleasing topic. And sooner than you know, she'll be sending you cute pics of her in lingerie waiting for when you're going to come by again.
