For women it is more straight forward and obvious. The worst thing a woman can do is become a single mom. No matter how hot she is, this will destroy her relationship value with any high value man. The next worst thing is to wait till she cannot have kids. This is second worse because a woman has about 15-20 years to find a husband.
The worst things a man can do is not utilize "Just be First" or not remain economically Competitive. Essentially, men face two different walls at different points in life.
Examples:
Jacob finds Maria at an early age to where she hasn't figured out herself worth and been corrupted by Instagram. Jacob marries Maria and as long as he is able hold frame and maintain his self-worth, he will more than likely be fine.
Vs
Andrew decides to just run through women and not take them seriously. By age 30, he has to deal with the dreaded Pick 2 Triangle (Not crazy/Not a single mom, not fat/ugly, and lives within a reasonable distance). Andrew decides to settle for an overweight girl that lives within 5 miles from his place lol.
Second Wall
Andrew decides to not settle and keep on dating. Since he is too busy chasing pleasure and NPC life, he puts on more weight, and he is lucky enough to be making 80k at his comfortable analyst job that he never quit by age 40. He now lives in a modest house in the suburban depths of Phoenix, Arizona and he finally decides to settle with a single mom teacher that's mildly attractive because that's all he can get at this point. Even if Andrew kept in shape, his options are still limited because of his income for his age. Now if Andrew would've woken up and got his shvt together, he would be making much more money and put him in a position to have more options with women.

Let's say...Maria ends up cheating on Jacob in college, but he holds on and makes it through medical school & residency. By 40, Jacob is making well over six figures, lives in a luxury apartment next to all of the incoming recent college grads and hotter older women. Jacob's options are limitless because he can choose a younger recent college grad, a high-income professional woman for a dual relationship, or do pay to play on seeking arrangements.
