I've been on a couple of dates with this girl over the past few weeks. It has gone pretty well. No f close though. Anyways my lil bros bday party is this weekend. Should I ask her to it or is too soon?

Way too early. Close the deal. Spend a few weeks determining if she has any long term potential. Vet her (find out about her family, friends, background). Don't get this process reversed. You'll just confuse your family. They'll start making cute talk and touting her to you. It'll confuse you when you need to be clear and face facts.

I have actually found with previous girlfriends or potential girlfriends IF their interest level is high beforehand bringing them to a family even actually raises their interest level through the roof IF you seem to have a good family and they get on well. I'm sure you can work out the reasons why.
