"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I was at a grocery store waiting in the self checkout lane. There were two guys waiting in front of me and I was third in line. A woman pushed her cart, parked it next to the guy in front and walked down an aisle.

After a minute or two, she came back and put something in her cart. She pushed her cart in front of him and stood in front of him.

The guy told her "Excuse me. You can't just jump a line like that."

She turned around and gave him this look of disgust. He just stared at her coldly. She quickly fixed her face and acted all surprised. She said "Oh. I'm sorry. I didn't notice the line."

That's all well and good. It's what happened next that struck me. The guy right in front of me told the other guy that "he needs to learn how to be a gentleman. He should have let her go first. Besides, he could have also gotten her number that way."

It amazes me how so many men are willing to supplicate to women at their own detriment.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

It is all about behaviorism... A very simple concept in psychology. Operant conditioning, it has been shown and proven in a multitude of animal and even human studies.

Take a dog, ring a bell and give it food. Keep doing that again and aging. Then at some point just ring the bell... the dog will hear the bell and expect the food. It associates the bell with food.

Same with the woman... Be a white knight and offer her something. It keeps happening to her, so therefore she begins to EXPECT it as if it is normal.
The woman will associate the man with offering her something and expect it. Thus, the white knights are TRAINING women to EXPECT men to behave like this.
This is how entitlement mentality is created, women are CONDITIONED to believe they deserve it.

Yep the entitlement is definitely created, what makes a guy think that he will get a number by letting a woman walk all over him... Sounds like this guy was raised by a single mother

I personally think that the best way to deal with their elitism is to ignore them completely. I take as much pleasure in ignoring them as I do in having sex with them.
When a beautiful girl walks in a room I watch the room. I glance at everybody else except the beautifull girl. It's funny how the guys will sneak peaks at her. Lesser women display a slight scowl and equally attractive ones will lift their posture. It's all very subtle and momentary but I see it. Sometimes conversations will stop in unison

For a beautiful woman this must be incredibly intoxicating. I too like to be the guy to ignore her.

You almost have to, because if you get drawn in your like anyone else. You have "lost"...

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I look if I want to. It's great eye candy, plus they know right away if they catch me staring that I am a person of sexual interest, not someone of friendship type interest. Not that I mind friendship (the more the merrier), but I am not going to be friendzoned. Ignoring her seems almost arrogant. I only ignore if she indirectly tries to get my attention (i.e. talking loudly, walking sexually, looking at me when I'm not looking at her because she wants to catch my eyes even though I'll look anyways cuz 'who dafuq you looking at?' mentality comes in lol, etc.) and even then sometimes I won't. I just don't show any more than I have to really.

A quick punch to the guys face and then a swift kick in the womens azz would have been the appropriate response. Of course you can't do that, but what a couple of fvkin idiots.

I'm glad the first guy put her on the spot and made her at least fess up that what she did was wrong.

As for the other guy who appears to supplicate to "women behaving badly" that is the unfortunate trend of beta, white knight, etc men who actually encourage this crap.

Depending on the situation and the person I'm talking to I would have either....let it go and pay no mind (not worth addressing) OR correct him/drop some common sense into him "in a polite way" of course or just laugh at his response...

It's even worse than that. A non-ugly girl looks at a guy with a genuine expectation that he'll supplicate, and that will dramatically increase the chances. It's as if he feels he's breaking some social-code if he DOESN'T supplicate.

@El Payaso :

What did you do after the guy in front of you said that?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
