How should I game this girl??

Met a girl mid-december and instantly hit it off with an intense three week fling. She dumped me for what I believe was an ex, based on how fast she was moving (rebounding?). She did have some AW traits. Things didn't end well, after some email exchanges on facebook, she blocked me and we haven't spoken for over a month. Last night she texted and said "Are you at [Bar] I thought I saw you". I have other plates and am "over" her so I responded with "no" out of sheer curiosity. She continued to text me last night and today. Said I should visit her dog who had surgery (didn't give an answer to this). My texts have been short and distant.

I'm not looking to get back with her per se, but am curious why she's talking to me like nothing happened. I'd like to use this as practice, see how far I can take it, how much I can get her pinning for me again.

What's the best way to proceed?

Just looked it up on Wikipedia and it describes her to a tee.
