How persistent are you while at the club?

Hey fellas, this your boy lysol here! Ive singled this question out for the club scene because of the amount of competition and distractions you can encounter. I can only actually recall a few good experieces with being really persistent. Generally if a girl is giving you negative body language, talking to way too many guys, or just completely ignoring you even, you wouldnt stick around (i dont). There are too many women you could be meeting in there, right? Of the few good experiences ive had with being persistent, the one that made me think of this question is a time that i was persistent with a HB9 at the club. Definetly the hottest in the club that night! To cut to the chase, she basically had a friend tell me she was interested in me. So i go up and talk to her for about 10 min. Wow, she did not seem interested in me the whole time talking to her. Thats when she says she needs to go and 'find her friends'. I thought to myself 'oh well, i tried' , more girls here anyway! Did not see her all night until almost closing time (club closes at 2) and i was like f*ck it, i gotta try again! She is standing there with her friend, and im trying to spit more game. She is there pretty much ignoring me and talking to her friend the whole time. To make a long story short, i kept being persistent depite all of what she is doing and still ask her if she wants to come over (to all who dont know, it works to ask!). She declines at first and then changes her mind. So i got to bang the hottie at the end. My club rule is you have to make things happen that night, then get a number, yeah im a ####! lol. Anyway back to my question..How persistent are you at the club? How common is it to still be able to get a girl even after this kind of resistance. I know most guys would get discouraged if a girl is just going to sit there with her arms crossed and ignoring you. In this particular situation, the reason i kept being persistent is because i knew she had some interest, as her friend told me. I dont know..maybe shes just crazy! Im just curious to see some stories that are perhaps similiar. thanks

I dunno...usually if she's that resistent, I won't persist. If anything I would've gotten the digits and called her in a day or two.

One of two things happened here:

1) She really DID want you, but didn't want to seem easy, so she was just throwing up a MONSTER b!tch-shield and you wore her down.

2) She was into you, but she wanted to see first whether she could get anything better that night. When last call rolled around and she didn't get any better offers, she let you take her home.

Probably more #1...in that case I'd rather not sit there and try to work my way through BS. If she won't at least give me a kiss or something night-of, at most I'll get the number and call her back.

I also think your going away and coming back later on in the night gave her a sense of rapport. When you meet a girl in the club, part ways, then run into her again later on, there's that impression of, "I know this guy from before...he's OK." It's as good as a date sometimes.

Either way, it wouldn't have been MY style to stick in with a girl who gives NO IOI whatsoever...I hate "selling out" on one girl fro the evening when she isn't even giving me buying signs. But it sounds like it worked for you this time. Kudos.

thanks for replying bro. i was thinking of conducting a poll to see if this is something i need to do more or i guess i just get lucky. was just really curious because it defineitly isnt my style either.
