“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

So far I'm doing it twice a week, with dumbells, the simple dumbell exercise where you raise them to your shoulders, as well as the exercise where you lift them above your head (really a shoulder exercise).

I've deicded to work out the arms more but I'm not sure whether pushing it beyond twice a week would have a positive effect. What do you guys think?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

There are three muscle groups in your arms that you should work out once a week (for each muscle group)....triceps...biceps...and shoulders...I usually do:

Monday: Triceps (and Chest)
Tuesday: Biceps (and Back)
Wednesday: Rest
Thurday: Lower body
Friday: Shoulders

But you get the idea...work each muscle group once a week...from what I gather you are working out only your biceps and shoulders?....You should do 2-3 exercises per arm muscle group...

Remember that your muscles grow when they are resting and repairing. Working out causes the stimulus to which growth is a response. Average trainers, steroid-free, will only be able to make gains by working out each muscle growth once every 5-7 days. Also be sure to take 2 or 3 days off each week from all muscle groups so as to not completely tax the central nervous system.

"More sets = more growth" is a newbie syndrome influenced by muscle magazines advocating hours upon hours in the gym. Don't fall victim to it or you'll burn out with no results to show for it.
