I'm just starting to run (every other day for the past week or two). I want to kick it up to 6 days a week, resting on sundays.

Good / Bad?

If you want to lose a lot of body fat (ie you aren't already ripped/cut) then you should try and run every day but make sure you're eating properly and eating enough and that you're getting a good deal of protein every day. You will get faster results this way. If you just want to stay in shape, every second day is fine. When I'm maintaining I do weights and stuff one day and cardio the next. Just rotate it like that.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
