“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I was wondering how much whey powder I can or should take when I don't want to eat meat. As meat is one of the most important sources of protein I was wondering how much whey I can take if I want to replace that.

I just bought my first jar of whey and it says that I should take one serving (24 grams) a day but this looks kinda low. I go to the gym about 3 to 4 times a week.

Thanks in advance.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I only take the whey powder in the morning and after my workouts.

To be honest, you are not going to be able to get away without eating whole food. You HAVE TO eat real food. Whey is not going to substitute for it.

You can take as much as you want. You'll never get the same results as with Meat however.

Balance your protein intake: eggs, meat, fish, whey, ...

Amino acids is different, whole food is healthier, vitamin/mineral content,...

OK, let me rephrase my question. How much whey powder do you guys take per day? No matter if you eat meat or not. Is 24 grams extremely low, or doable? 24 grams just looks extremely low to me but on the other hand it says one scoop a day on the jar.

And I don't want to eat meat because of the meat industry.

Well, 24g of protein is just a serving. Servings suggested by companies are often daft (would you believe a serving of tuna is less than a can?) and way too small. You want 2g of protein per pound of bodyweight, i.e. if you're 150lbs you want 300g of protein per day. 1.5g/lb minimum.

Try to get as much protein in whole food form as possible, i.e. eggs, meat, fish et al, and then use whey post-workout and to get the rest of your protein. There's nowt wrong with drinking a lot of whey if you're struggling to get it in other forms, I've done 200g before.

If you're drinking whey, remember to add a fat source to slow digestion btw, else it'll be digested too quick. i.e. 2tbsp of olive oil or 3 whole eggs.

Take whey powder post workout. 1scoop or 1.5 scoop or even 2 scoop, it depends on your goal weight.

Different protein sources have different amino profiles.

Like with vitamins. Oranges are famous for vitamin C, bananas are famous for potassium. Everybody knows you need fruit for vitamins & minerals, but you should of course alternate to get a wide variety.

Same with protein.

if you don't want to eat meat because of the meat industry, you shouldn't consume whey, either. it's a milk by-product, and comes out of essentially the same industry.

I've had good results incorporating soy protein into my diet in order to mix things up a bit.
