Im doing burnout sets in my routine and that stuff HURTS. :nervous:
How far should you take the pain? Is it healthy? Can I hurt myself? I know i could probably do one or two more *if i really HAD to (life threatening situation?)*
Also, what methods are good to break the pain barrier?
