"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Neonbase. Love the signature.

Also, black jeans get extremely hot/heavy when the weather gets a little warm. If you're going to wear black pants, try going with some dress pants, they're much lighter, although they might not go well with the shirts you wear.

I guess I'm just tired of the preppy look that people wear, which is why I've started working on my "you look like you're going to a wedding" look.

Rowing_Mike: If by big headed you mean ****y, then yes, I am. Also, I'm not quite sure where you get the stressed out part.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Fashion matters alot in my opinion!

i also think that you need to dress according to your physique! If you are well built you can get away with wearing fairly tight T-shirts which show off your build!

Neon base.... your red jumper is ok..but don't wear black jeans with it!!!they suck! wear pale blue jeans!!

Silka..gota hand it to you i like your style! apart from the sunglasses lol!you cant wear them everywere! though in my opinion youve got to mix it up a little!

wearing jumpers without nothing underneath is kool....look at 'seth' out of the 'o.c'! i think hes got a cool fashion sense

The reason I ask this is because I've never really paid a whole lot of attention to what I wear. That's not to say I don't try to dress well and look nice, but I've never really put much thought into the clothing that I wear. While reading some of the 'self-improvement' threads, I saw plenty of fashion advice.

Now, what I wear goes against much of the advice I saw here. I don't wear jeans or polo-shirts because I find them to be uncomfortable. I am a huge White Sox fan (Major League baseball team) so after they won the World Series last year every day I would come to school wearing a different White Sox shirt. There were plenty of people who commented on me only wearing one type of shirt but I either ignored them or told them to go to hell if they said they didn't like it.

On a final note, I was surprised by the "don't show your socks" advice - is it really that big of a deal? I find the ankle socks to be horribly uncomfortable compared to the longer socks. Also, I've never thought of socks as being even remotely important to fashion as long as they weren't too long or too noticeable.

My question is, how important is fashion to you and am I wrong for having a "I don't give a ****" type attitude towards it? I don't really need to build up confidence through my clothing because I'm comfortable in the way I look and the clothes I wear.
Fashion is incrediably crucial. You need to dress well, and comfortably. It'll can make you look stunning; some shirts make you look like a bum, whereas other shirts make you look like a million dollars.

So wear something nice, comfortable, and something that strikes your tastes.

Then, go out there and have a good time.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
