"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

When you go out to Bars and Clubs, how much do you allow yourself to drink ?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I know this may sound like an alcoholic, but its quite normal for me and my friends on a normal night to drink at least 8 pints of Beer/Cider. 6-9 Vodka and Red Bulls and a few shots of got knows what. Thats a tame night by irish standards

i try to stick to 4 drinks (bottles) when out clubbing, and make sure i get some good food in before hand to minimize the effects. A drunk PUA is a sloppy PUA.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I get quite drunk. Usually a few beers/ciders then move on to shots.

Peterpack as that was you're first post, welcome to this site. If you stay around here long enough and read the material, you'll probably develop into the state of mind where you do what you want, how you want, regardless of what others around you do, without worrying about what others will think.

With that said, lets go pack to your question. When you go to bars and clubs you should allow yourself to drink however much you desire, without worrying what your friends think, because this is your life and only you control what you do. If your friends are all getting hammered and you don't feel like you want to drink, you shouldn't drink. If your friends are sipping cola and remaining sobre, but you want to knock some beers back then go for it, because this is your life, and your night out.

If you're afraid of drinking too much and turning into the drunken fool and showing yourself up, then you need to change the way you are thinking, because when you're worrying about what people will think of you, you're limiting the amount of fun and enjoyment you can have, and you will feel awkard when you see everyone having the time of their life while you're there feeling all nervous.

Your question may look like it requires a simple answer, but theres more too it than just how much you drink. Some people have terrible game when their drunk, and turn into a needy chump, but for some people alcohol turns them into the ladysman many of us envy. You should go to bars in a sobre state and then in a drunken state and see in which state you have more fun in. Oh yeah, have fun

Well,I have had to give up drinking, due to a recent oui and accident. Thankfully,no one was hurt. But I am on probation now,and the whole thing sucks. Anyways,it would depend before, sometimes 7-8 Guiness's or beers.

lol @ the 29 year old who either didn't take notice of where I am from, or does not realise 18 is the legal drinking age in my country.

A lot, way more than what's healthy or socially acceptable.

I blew a .35 on a friend's breathalyzer the other night and probably could have drank more.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

I live walking, er, I mean, "stumbling" distance from all the bars and clubs, so use your imagination ;)

It's a blessing and a curse.....

Edit- It's funny though cause no matter how much Americans THINK we are alcoholics, we got NOTHIN' on you Europeans. I didn't think I was going to survive two weeks when I visited Republic of Georgia. They have a bottle of cognac on the BREAKFAST table, for christsakes.

I might be headed to the UK and Spain next May. I better save a few brain cells and a little bit of my liver for that trip.

On a heavy night, i'll have 6-9 drinks, mostly beer. I drink a lot of craft beer so that is usually 7-11% abv. I only need a couple of those.

On an average night I'd say 4-5.

In college, a lot. Ive never really been a big drinker, but 12 drinks in a few hours and i'm beyond wasted.

that's because you JUST posted your country right now you herb

and a cool thing to do when you go out regularly is to just not drink period and see if you can still mack and have fun. either your pimp reality gets shattered and you see how much work you still have to do to get that core confidence or you surprise yourself with what you're capable of

me and my buddies used to parking lot party before clubs to save money and swig jack daniels straight from the bottle. one time we were even drinking 151 out the bottle which is pretty disgusting, but surprisingly drinking Jim Beam straight is more disgusting than 151. that Jim Beam sht just comes straight out your nose. I've cut down a lot, mostly because I realized I lose self-control when I'm drunk and have done some ridiculous sht over the years. On top of that I've already reached that center where I don't need to drink to get in state anymore and enjoy myself

if you have a good night while drunk, use that as reference experience to show you your pimp potential when you're in state. but don't fall in the trap of relying on alcohol to be your liquid courage

I like to drink about 6 to 10 Miller Lites before we even go to the bar. The more you pre-drink, the less you have to drink at the bar.

Despite the age I do have some bar experience and access from working at them.

I agree with TyTe about the pre-drinks.

I normally don't have a set amount of what I'm going to drink on an occasion. I drink however much I feel like if I've taken pre cautions of having a ride home etc.

But I do stick to only buying a couple beers at a bar/club if I've been previously drinking. It's a lot cheaper that way.

4-5 drinks if I haven't drank previously. Enough to catch a buzz, but not go broke

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
