"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

As men, we are suppose to be strong mentally and physically.

If the same situation happened to me, I would have immediately went up to the guys and confronted them about it. Your friend is not going to be respected as a "man" in his gf's eyes, and he knows to grow some balls and stop being a wussy.

I'm not saying a guy should go overboard and always be intimidating others when it comes to his girl, but there are times when he should stand up. Despite all the feminist bullsh*t and "independent" talk spewed by modern day dykes, women still want to feel like they're being protected, and they still want to feel like they can be safe with a man.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

slapped her ass and groped her tits? man, that's major disrespect. there must be more to the story the boyfriend didn't do anything. while we're on topic... say you're walking on the sidewalk w/ your girl and guys start whistling/cat-calling. what's the best way to handle this type of situation?

I'm impressed and surprised by some of the responses. Good to hear most of you know your role as a man.

It sounds like the girl did not know the men who groped her. They were some colleagues of my friend, they got a bit drunk and frisky and she was in the wrong place at wrong time.

John: whistling and cat calling isn't abuse in my opinion but if youre standing there with your girl then its totally disrespectful! I dont know what I'd do in that situation, prob tell em to knock it off and draw my girl closer or shout "Sorry to disappoint you guys, I'm taken" and laugh it off.

Did I offend you somehow?

Let me guess, you're the type of guy who would let another man grope a girl you were with and disrespect you. No surprise there!

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Disrespect me? Pffft.

Lets just say I see 2 classes of AFC's here. "The Knight" and the other "The Non-Thinker".

Guess which one has more balls and gets more tail?

Which is why I'd rather punch out guys like you (Knights) rather than the non-thinkers, dont get me wrong yous are all AFC's to me but it would be more enjoyable for me to kick the sh!t out of a Knight because a good beating emotionally effects you guys alot more than the non-thinkers. Supposing I was a violent person (AFC), but those days are long gone my clueless friend.

In short, " The Non Thinker" disgusts me less than you because hes less fake and less insecure= better person.

What in the blue hell are you talking about? I made no sense of that at all!

The guy who stands up for himself and his girlfriend has more balls than someone who lets guys walk over him. That's plain obvious! I didn't say anything about violence, just standing up to them.

As for which gets the most tail? The one who women respect more.....i.e. the guy who stands up for himself and his girl.

Out of curiosity...what would YOU have done in this situation where some guys groped a girl you were with? Come on now, tell us how it should be done!

Honestly I don't know what I was going to do in that situation, I wouldn't get in that situation anyway. If they're some bums from the office, strongarm tactics! Out of the office, of course.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

You are a stickler for relevance I've noticed but how is that response relevant to the question I asked you?

Your arguments are so weak dude. You're so stubborn you refuse to agree with anything and you avoid addressing anything you can't argue with or you try to steer off topic or make up some false argument.

I've never seen you give any valid advice on this board either. You just like to criticise guys and throw around insults. Everything you say sounds clueless and I suspect your only sexual experiences involve jerking off to porn.

I would protect my girlfriend with my life, like any real man would.

Edit: also i would stick up for a girl (even if i dont know her) if she was in some sort of bad situation.

True!

Debating with him can be quite amusing however, just as long as you don't take him seriously.

I've been reading a lot of threads here lately about defending chicks and stuff. I notice lots of the guys here are quick to think the worst of chicks and talk about standing up TO them. But what I want to know is how many guys would ever stand up FOR a chick?

One of my close mates got in trouble with his girlfriend because when they were out at some office party together some drunk guys made some crude comments, slapped her ass and groped her tits. She went crying to her boyfriend and he did nothing about it and tried to make excuses for them like "they're drunk" or "they probably meant it as a joke". She accused him of being a wimp and a coward and said she doesn't feel safe with him.

I tried to give him the benefit of my wisdom and told him SHE is right! He behaved like a spineless wuss and let these guys disrespect his girlfriend and him! I could understand if these were some bad ass gangstas with knives or whatever but they were guys from the office!

What would you guys do?

I would have gotten in their faces, real bad. I would have made a huge scene out of it and let the entire office party know, by the volume and tone of my voice, what ass holes these guys are.

Some stuff I just don't tolerate.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I don't understand why you didn't intervene. Unlike what others have said, this is YOUR business, because this is your friend, your group, your tribe in some ways. Someone ****s with one of yours, you get back at them and you get back fast. The fact that you and your friend both did nothing is a piss poor representation.

I say if it's words, let it go. Talk is cheap. Any punk ass kid can drop a four or five letter word.

Physical actions demand more direct intervention. However, if it is at all possible, avoid fighting. A few of my sister's friends got their asses kicked by mouthing off to one dude. He went and got 6 of his friends and romped the sh1t out of my sis's four friends. You never really know who you're messing with, so it's the best bet to avoid confrontations.

If I ever get in a fight with someone, I agree with doc oxygen. It is going to be life changing for both of us. I figure you're picking up an assault charge whether you slap the dude or break his spine, so why not go all out? If it guarantees my safety to cripple the other guy quickly, I'm gonna do it and not think twice. Kneecaps, spine, neck, eyes, etc.

Pot meet Kettle.

Yeah cause beating down a hopeless AFC for feeling up your woman is showing her "respect". Tsk Tsk Tsk and you been here since June 2003?

I expect that backward train of thought from these AFC's, sure they dont really know any better but whats your excuse bozo?

I've noticed this is like the 2nd or 3rd time youve jumped on the AFC bandwagon trying to take a dig at me. Its cool and all but whats up? you still got some sand in your vagina from awhile ago or something?

I wasn't there at the time. This is something I heard about after. If I was I probably wouldve talked my friend into taking some action.

He punked out without a doubt, and chances are he'll never live that down. That's a hell of a lot more painful than confronting some drunk piece of sh!t who disrespected his gf.
This is what I think! Everything has changed from that date in his head and in his girl's head. I am certain he regrets it and wishes he did something. Every time he looks at his girl he knows she doesn't respect him. All because of some punks he could have stood upto without much threat.

Look, no one said he had to give anyone a beat down. He just should not have walked away after they showed him and his girl such disrespect.

What you do not get is that those guys did not just feel up his woman they walked all over HIM and might well have ruined his relationship. If he stands up for her or not is his prerogative BUT she cannot help if she doesnt feel safe or no longer respects him. Best she can do is lie and say its no big deal.

Something tells me you are a coward titman. Yes you will stand up to a woman who disrespects you and give her a hard time, but you are too scared to stand up to any men who walk all over you.

( . ) ( . ): Ok man, I respect your posts. So that's why I have to ask. What do you propose instead? In case, that is, that this did happen, and she didn't make it up. . .

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
