I know dudes who are in mid 30s and mid 40s who look old as a chit.. They approach young girls, and the chicks find it a little creepy, it's like her dad is approaching her lol

I'm age 47 but could easily pass as age 28-35

Keeping in shape and skin care is the the key!

Lots of water/hydration.

Also stress. It's crazy how long term stress can age you.

Has to do with weekly gym, healthy diet, plenty of s3x and not smoking.

Not bad going. If you look 24-25 young chicks are definitely in your dating age pool

Reduce daily stress
Hydration
Moisturise skin
Try to fvck alot (that helps)

Something else I found helpful is, spending time in the countryside.

Like getting away from the big cities & breathing in clean fresh country air. Being around nature. I always feel this calm and freshness when I get away from the city.

I do, I think it is part of the reason my age hasnt hampered my ability to do well with women in their 20s. I look early 30s - I have all my hair and little grey although within the past year I have noticed it coming in more in my beard if I let it grow. Not as much on my head

I sleep a lot and have a good diet. I also exercise everyday in some capacity (In about half hour will do some light cardio and lift weights to start the day). I don't doubt these things have helped.

If you want to be able to regularly fvck 20 year olds into your late 30s and 40s (without being rich) you will need to have good skin and good hair, it's just a fact. Some signs of aging are inevitable, but many normal signs of aging can give your face character and rugged masculinine "silver fox" look. However, unhealthy aging will seriously reduce your physical attractiveness.

I'm 38, but people say I look 29. Gym, have done a lot of various kinds of cardio (running/social dancing). No direct skincare, but the dead skin-ish is starting to show. It saddens me. A lot of stress in my life, but I still look young. Dress young, music preferences etc. are young, got SnapChat which is big in Scandinavia.

But still girls age discriminate me like hell. Upon approach at the club or so (20-25 year olds) it's for them an absolute road block. "AGE!!!" I usually smirk and say "I'm 85, but have had a lot of plastic surgery." Doesn't help. They refuse to continue and walk away based on it. I haven't yet managed to get past this.

Next up for me is being up front about it, try to argue the advantage of experienced men. Age is a status thing here, old is out. We all know a 35 yo man who built himself is better than some 20 yo kid, but the girls don't comprehend that yet.

I'm short, 170 cm and crappy hair (but buzz cut) so they might have little reason.
