"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hey, I haven't posted here in a while, but was just wondering what UK Don Juans are on here these days. I'd love to chat to some English/UK people. Are there any sites dedicated to UK style seduction techniques? The only ones I've found are www.s11.invisionfree.com/nel and www.englandlair.com

Any UK dons juans wanna share seduction wisdom? I'm from the north west of England and I used to post here all the time between 2002 and 2005. Back in the day there were a fair few UK DJs, I wonder how many are on here now?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Can I hijack this for one post? At the risk of sounding Geographically challenged (which I'm not btw) is England a province or state of the UK? Would other ones be like Wales, Scotland, Ireland etc? Thanks for the education!:)

England, Scotland and Wales are all seperate countries, but make up the UK and are referred to as British countries. We all speak the same language (mostly) and use the same money so we're all classed as Britain.

N. Ireland and Republic of Ireland are actually two seperate countries even though they're geographically connected (like the US and Canada). N. Ireland is part of Britain (like England, Wales and Scotland) whereas Republic of Ireland is it's own thing. Irish Republic have a different currency to N. Ireland (Euros rather than Pound) as well. There's also a slight difference between the accents, Irish Republic tend to have a softer 'Irish' accent, whereas N. Irish have a harsher sound.

You wouldn't class England, Wales and Scotland as Provinces as they themselves have provinces. Going by capitals England -> London, Scotland -> Edinburgh, Wales -> Cardiff.

Thanks man!!:) I recently read a book on the Troubles in Belfast...but not much going on recently correct? Still interesting reading.
Peace

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Yes, Its confusing, my students just call it all England (But dont tell the Scots)

United Kingdom - Eng, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland
Republic of Ireland - Rep.Of Ire
Great Britain - Eng, Wales, Scotland
British Isles - The whole Thing

The onlt thing that really exists is UK and Republic of Ireland.
