"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

How much patience should I have with girls on a dating site?

I have decided to try out this multiple dating / spinning plates thing and have 2 girls lined up that I know locally for initial dates, one Christmas eve and one new years eve. (I think these are especially good dates to tie down a date with a girl)

I have also been talking on a dating website with 3 girls who all say they will meet up but want to exchange more messages first - I have already sent 10 message responses to each (what more do I have to do?) Two are convenient as ones on the way to the gym and one is on the way back from work so they are all within 20 minutes so not much work involved. The third is in a local town and furthest away, but most keen (relatively). (30 mins drive) That's an hour in total travel so may give that a miss.

Oh yeh, and I am still heartbroken for the record...

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Your doing it all wrong. I ask for the number by the 4th or 5th email. If they do not comply, then I quickly delete and move on. Sooo many chicks are attention hoe's that use online dating to score "pen pals". Don't play that game. Looks up "naughty ninja pof openers". Find a good opener and spam it out to all the hot chicks in the area.

Four quick messages back and forth. If the chick doesn't had out her number F building "comfort" online. These same chicks will say they aren't "comfortable" meeting people online to off yet will stay there for months and years "complaining" about , weirdos, nutcases etc. and getting e-slapped in the face with dik pics yet STILL don't delete their profiles. (Pretty telling on their "comfort" nonsense.) No sense calling them out on the nonsense. Just delete them and move on.

Don't buy anything they say. You just never get emotional over it or anything they say and take everything with a grain of salt with no butthvrt replies.

Best believe the better you look to them in your pictures the faster they'll give out their numbers and meet up. These chicks ARE meeting up with dudes. The ones with six pack abs, tats, using pictures diving off cliffs, playing sports, riding street bikes, at the beach etc. The ones who they can live vicariously through as most of them are doing jack squat themselves but online shopping for the best they can land even if it's for a one night stand.

Use 4 of your absolute BEST pictures doing activities (close up) not far away. Pics taken with groups where you look like one of the tallest in the group (if you are short) otherwise non group pics doing things and add two inches to your height. Because if you DO look like one of the shorter people in a group pic used on online dating no matter what height you put they'll peg YOU as the "liar" and never say anything nor respond.

If in four messages you send and their fourth no number. You just delete them and move on. Or reply: "Times up for the email ping pong." and then delete them and move on. No time to waste "gaming" chicks online in which case if they find you attractive as hell you won't need to game them. Your pictures will. Period.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

When you feel their is chemistry.... their isn't no set number. Some women you can grab straight up off top, some take time.

Why waste time building chemistry with a possible STD infested ratchet. Waste of time. They either find you attractive or they don't. Quick and efficient. Four messages tops. If not. Delete.

From my experience....

Women who are interested will not waste your time and toy with your emotions.

4-5 texts back and forth maximum. Get the number fast and use it as a means to set up a date. That's all.

The more you try to build up a level of comfort through text the more hand lotion you are gonna be buying at Walmart.

Kool - Got my first number about 10 minutes ago.
Just tried to salvage the situation I caused by sending;

"You seem really nice but I am new to this online dating and much prefer talking to typing, send me your mobile number and I'll give you a call"

Got 1 out of 3 with that - but have now read naughty ninja so will be doing it properly henceforth!

Do i assume that as it states on her profile that her ideal first date is Coffee, that I should ignore that completely and meet her in a pub for a couple of beers where I would be happiest?

* I haven't been single for longer that 4 weeks in the last 15 years so bare with me chaps - not exactly your stereotypical DJ here...
