how many lbs of meat do you eat per day?

just a question to see other people's intake
on lift/nonlift days
how many pounds of meat do you eat on those days? how much whey do you take in?

post your weight/height and approx bf%

lift and nonlift-1-1.5 lb meat per day
lift-50g (2 scoop) postwo, 1 scoop pre, 1 for morning shake
nonlift-1 for morning shake and occasionally another 1 if i mix it in with a oatmeal meal.

152/5'9/16% roughly.

I honestly couldn't tell you how much meat I consume per day. I'll guess at around 1.5lbs a day on average. I'll always have my Whey shake post workout, and I'll usually rely on a couple of protein bars as snacks during the day at school between actual food meals.

I normally pound down at least 1 lb of meat on lifting days whether it be from tuna,lean ground beef,chicken,turkey or ham.

Depends. My diet isn't the same day in day out. Some days I'll eat 2lbs beef mince and 2lbs chicken legs, other days I'll eat a ****load, (18+) of very large eggs and 1lb+ of other meats such as turkey mince or salmon.

I aim for 400g protein per day so I often have to get 100g from whey.

holy nnuggets. 4lbs of meat? a lb of lean meat is about 150 g protein. i think you're going overboard on those days! hahh
what do you mean by mince?

2lb (1kg) of lean beef here is 192g protein. Mince = ground meat. And the chicken legs have bones in so 2lb (1kg) gives you roughly 130g protein. But they're cheap and tasty, so I like them :D
