“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I'm trying to get over my ex. We kind of left things hanging, she tries to see me still, I fvcked her one last time (i think it will be the last time), she constantly is checking my myspace. I want to get back with her but i'm really trying to fight not going back but it's hard.

Our relationship started to flake as she didn't know what she wanted anymore, it freaked me out AFC style because we've both fallen hard for each other. I was trying everything i can to save the relationship. So ever since the other day where i freaked out and tried to dump her because she disrespected me over the phone, things have been doing downhill in our relationship. Her IL dropped significantly, she cried for me back and sincerly apologized. But then after I accepted her apology and brought her back, it's just been flaking even more, She's been with her friends more than ever before. She doesn't date around or look for a replacement, she just hangs with her girls a lot more. So now it's left hanging. I could easily set up another date with her or hang out, but her IL is at an all time low.

Now i'm going out, partying, meeting new chicks, getting numbers, and everything feels great like i'm over her and everything, but then when i return home and everything is calm and quiet, I just keep thinking about her.

I feel like i need someone right now, I'd def. like another girlfriend asap, but is it too soon? I have a date with a girl that's into me, she recently just had a break up too. Is this going to be a disaster waiting to happend if we're both just out of other relationships?

How soon is too soon to jump into another relationship?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I can totally relate to this. I remember feeling the same when I broke up with my ex. I was surrounded by good friends, hot girls who were into me, but whenever things fell quiet I started to feel very low and would get the urge to call her. I tried to maintain a "friendship" for a while, which made it worse, but then I decided to just draw the line and cut all contact.

After I did this, I found myself thinking of her less every day. I started arranging regular nights out with my friends, increased my social groups and dated many hot women and I really started to love life! I have a new steady girlfriend now and she is the best girlfriend I've ever had!

Accept that you will have low periods where you miss her and the future might look a bit glum for now, but this is natural. It takes time and distance. The more you move forward, the easier it gets.

hey buddy, i know how you feel aswell, and i totally agree with Jariel. Me and my ex broke up about a month and a half ago. at first we tried to stay in contact, but then seeing her with other guys just like......went to hell as you can imagine. So i told her im not ready to be friends, and i just stopped talking to her altogether. Ever since i did that, every day has gotten better. Every day has gotten easier, and Every day ive been thinking of her less and less. And now all i got on my mind, is myself, and doign what makes me happy. At first i was heartbroken and down just like you are. But now dude, im happier than i ever have been in my entire life. Im doing all the shti i wana do when i wanna do it, and it feels great. Take some time for yourself, chill with your friends, work out, go snowboarding, and just elt the good times roll man, you'll get over her before you know it.

It's like weird because we still have been fvcking and I can't complain when the fvcking comes around, She's still not over me, she could have called it off by now, her last feelings were, "I need to learn how to control myself to become the perfect girlfriend for you." She asked for time, and we've been hanging and fvcking every now and then. I try to tell myself not to see her, but i'm down when i'm alone and at home and i'm happy when i'm with her.

I'm trying to let go. I never make any attempts to see her, she always ends up swinging by...

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

She wants to keep you as a back up.

She asked for time, and we've been hanging and fvcking every now and then. I try to tell myself not to see her
You won't get over her at all unless you cut her off completely. It sounds like she's got the best part of this deal - she swings by when she's horny, but has no ties so she's free to fvck around when another guy comes along!

it's funny how things in life can be so related. take for example my last job. at first it seemed like the greatest, but over time its flaws showed up.
the money was flowing and the people i worked with were cool. then over time i started figuring out that all the jobs i was getting from this company was the jobs that nobody wanted. i was better than that. i feared at first what happens if i quit, that nothing comes better. but after i left, i felt free and smiled.

i still get calls from that company with promise of lots of work, but i'm in the process of finding something better. they screwed up and lost a fantastic positive worker.

the same thing can apply to you. your better off without this girl cause shes a flake. while you may miss her, move on. i'm sure as soon as mr.right walks through that door she'll no longer need your attention. your being used and being taking for granted. cut the ties, it's not difficult.

most people think when their relationship is over they think of the positives of what went on in the past. that was the past. think of the negatives about your ex. it will help reinforce why you to arent together anymore.

I think I've come to realise you won't really get over the last girl, until you find a new one.

The reason is... when it "seems" so hard to go out and get another girl, when you COULD just go back to your ex and have a girl so easy... so whats stopping you? That little voice in the back of your head thats telling you this might not be the best idea...

I went around for ages, not being able to look at other girls. My EX had a way of keeping on coming back. Not that we'd be going out or being intimate but always trying to make me feel guilty about it... like the relationship still existed in some way and I'd be cheating.

It wasn't really till I sat down and decided... No, you know what, we broke up, I'm entitled to go live my life....
And to be honest it was the best thing I could have done. Once you hook up with another girl you'll soon realise that you don't need to fall back on your ex. You'll realise you can go out and find ANOTHER girl, one that'll make you happy again,

Hope, this kinda helps.
