How long must I wait?

How long must I wait unttil I call her?

We had a date she canceelled last minute with valid excuse.
She counteroffered for lunch the next day.
I said i'll call you. I never called.
It's 1 day later now.
my friend saw her yesterday aand said she looked extra good.
Which makes me believe she thought i would call for lunch but I never did.
Oh, and by the way we are dealing with a rules girl here boy's.

You said you'd call her and you did'nt, shes probably now thinking you're not that bothered...

Best you can do is call her later, say you were too busy for lunch and suggest another time. Don't be suprised if she says no
