“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

This is something I've always been a little confused about. I gather that muscle growth is essentially down to protein intake, but if that's so do you really need extra calories when bulking? And if so, why is that?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

The body requires a certain amount of calories to use as energy throughout the day, varying by your base metabolic rate and the activities you've done throughout the day. If you just meet these requirements or have a deficit, it'll be very very difficult for your body to create new muscle mass. You basically need a surplus to create new body tissue, unless you're getting newb-gains.

your body needs calories for everything you do, even sleeping (several processes occur into your body even at night). where are these calories taken from? carbs, fats and PROTEINS... that's why you need to take in as many calories as you can, in order not to use all the proteins in your body as a source of calories (thus, not as for what you mean them to be used for)

"Protein is the bricks, but calories are the bricklayers." (read that on Intensemuscle, a masterful summary I think.)

If you're not getting enough calories in to promote growth then 2g per lb protein or even more than that will not help you. A common measure is 20 calories per lb target bodyweight but that's a very rough idea, you might need more or less than that depending on your genetic makeup.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
