"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Her- “You think I’m a slut.”
Me- “No, I don’t”
Her- “Then why did you come home with me?”
Me- “Because I was having a fun time with you and wanted to hang out with you more. Why did you come home with me?”
Her- “I don’t know”
Me- “Probably because you were having a fun time with me and wanted to hang out more. Right?”
Her- (laughter) “So what do you want to do”
At this point I pulled her on top of me.
Me- “You know what I want. I don’t have to draw you a picture do I?” I had to make sure I was not condescending when I said this. It had to be said in a playful tone.
Her- (laughter) “Are you a player?”
Me- “No”
Her- “I think you’re a player”
Me- “Players lie to girls and manipulate them. I don’t lie or manipulate. I want to hook up with you. If you don’t want to, then that’s fine, too. It’s your decision. We can just go to sleep if you’d rather, no big deal.”
Her- “You’re a player”
Me- ( laying back and closing my eyes) “Goodnight”
Her- (acting frantic) “Are you seriously going to sleep?”
Me- “Yeah. All this talk isn’t fun. You can do whatever you want”
At this point, she laid on top of me and started kissing me. The deal was easily closed from there.

Afterward, she got off the bed, and I laid out spread eagle on it, and said sarcastically, “You’re sleeping on the floor, right?”

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
