Very affectionate here, but it takes me a long time to open up to that. I'm very guarded because once you start giving affection, it's easy for someone to screw you over or cut you deep if they're not trustworthy.
So if I've just been on a date or two and don't really know her, I'll be quite cool with her.
But if I'm dating someone for 2 months onwards and she seems trustworthy and easy going, I'll start to show her my more passionate and affectionate side.
The only downside to being aloof at first is that many girls just assume you're heartless or boring and don't want the second date in the first place...but that's their loss.
