"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I am a surfer - been one for a long time. Swimming helps to give you a natural muscular look that women go crazy about - broad shoulders six pack and tanned. Especially when you get to my age and the other guys (your age and younger) have beer boeps. Weather conditions are not always ideal to do this on a regular basis, so I do go to gym twice a week and push weights for arms and legs which helps tremendously to get you strong enough to paddle out to the back line.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

This was exactly my point. That staying lean (unless you're skinny) probably goes a long way, when everyone else has a beer belly..and I can't see many men over 40 who don't. Matter of fact, half the people my age (25) already have one (which they didn't 5 years ago).

Sort of like marketing and the grizzley story..you dont have to fun fast, just faster than the next guy so the grizzley gets him not you ;)....you dont have to be the best, just better than the competition...and by staying lean (if youre tall and not skinny) you probably beat out the majority of guys when it comes to "body".

PS: What's life in SA like Ballie? Looking forward to the soccer world cup or couldnt you care less about it? Is life safe in Durban?

I'll be 31 next week and I am in the absolute best shape of my life. 5'10", 215, 10%bf.... I am stronger than I have ever been. Age is a number.

I lift weights every other day. On the other days I do cardio.

I'm lifitng 3x a week and it feels great. Doing cardio daily.

I'm focusing on being leaner, loosing my belly flab and being healthy with my diet. I have a good frame and good muscle mass, its just the belly has to go. Still most grown women don't mind a tubby belly, everything else is in porportion and my arms and traps and legs look really good right now.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
