Yes, why, why WHY!??

WHY does she still have friends!?

How insane, how ridiculous, how downright disrespectful of that lying ****!

WHY does she still go out and have a life?!

She should be sitting at home knitting quilts EVERY NIGHT For the rest of her life now that she has a "boyfriend"! Because everyone knows the only reason a woman leaves the house in the name of "fun" and "entertainment", it is to find some other guy to fvck!

HOW DARE she be around other males of the species without YOU there to make SURE she doesn't spread those legs that are YOURS now?

Lol.

Not much has changed 'round these parts.

I don't believe anyone with any kind of confidence believes this crap.
Oh, Iqqi... Iqqi, Iqqi, Iqqi...

You've so missed the point of RT's post with that remark. If you bothered to read the next paragraph, and the rest as well, you'd have understood he never meant that first one seriously...

Nobody around here believes their GF's aren't entitled to their own life. Your response clearly shows how you look at these boards and the people on it, and that this view is clearly wrong.

Wrong.

*sigh*

IQQI, there's a literary device called 'establishing a premise', I suggest you look it up. The context of that premise could be valid or invalid depending upon the assertion of the entire article, but this requires one read through the entire article in order to make that comprehension.

However, as ever typical, you look for what's distasteful to you and assume it's the entire point. But since you always seem to need an oversimplification to understand most anything, allow me to explain. The point of the OP wasn't whether or not women shouldn't be allowed off their boyfriend's leashes or have their independent souls crushed in loving, slavish adoration for them; it was about women using a boyfriend disclaimer and the underlying confusion men experience from it.
