how do you walk?

I have always wondered how does a DJ walk I look at dudes at the store and they walk as if there penguins. am I suppost to walk like that getting girls? also are you suppost to move your arms when your walking or what? I was watching a buddy of mine walking and he moves his arms like one foot up one foot down swinging them. Im lost on the walking part please whats the best way to walk to show your a confident guy.
