how do you tie a tie ?

ok im in serious need of yall help i start my new job at ihoop in 2 hrs i just got my uniform but i need to tie my tie, and i dont know how, i only got the first part where u put the little peace overbut i dont know where to go from there.

I think what the esteemed homo meant was it would be grossly inappropriate to wear anything but a spread collar with a knot as fat and wide as a Windsor. He must've had a severe blossoming of queer to bring that up.
