How do you start your phone convo?

I have a terrible time figuring out how to talk to girls on the phone. I have no problem keeping it short because I don't know what to talk about. Basically, I only use the phone to call someone up and be like "yo, u wanna go to xxxx". I can't do something that short with chicks. So, what do I say when I call? Do I need to like ask how they are doing and think of some stupid small talk to talk about? Give me some examples please.

ok. when you call, the girl wants to know you're actually interested in her. so yeah, that's why you small talk. you ask her how she is, and what she is doing. maybe that will lead to more small talk, and that is also how you find out small details about her, and small things are very important. and so is chemistry, and this is one place to test it, on the phone with small talk. flirt a little, be charming. then you ask her out or whatever you called for. then you end it. easy as 123.
