how do you respond to cat calling?

So...im walking into a building and i make eye contact with this beautiful girl. But im busy tjinking in my own head and i keep looking at her...just nonchalantly. I noticed she was eyeing me and when she finally gets uncomfortable she looks away....but she starts to yell at the girl behind me like...bye sheryl!... Im pretty sure she wanted some attention from me as i walked up to the front desk.

Then today...at the cafeteria some girl who was pretty starts lounging about casually giving her gf looks like to look my way. All very subtle. But the big smiles, laughs, etc makes me think that they are doing it for me. For me to look...or at least see if i will react to it.


It could all be in my head...like if a girl sneezes in my direction she must want my sperm.

Anyway....has this happen to you...what are the odds its legit...?

It happens all the time to some people from men and women. You will notice that they only do it if they are with a group of 2 or more, they are cowards on their own. Its to try to intimidate you put you down etc. If say you are very well dressed and the others are poorly dressed compared to you, they will laugh, make noise etc to try to stifle you. It only doesn't happen if you closely fit with the group. So say a builder goes into a posh cafe dressed as a builder people will make their feelings known, its done to keep him out. It happens the other way round too.

But in your instance I think it has a positive slant. She want you to chat her up so its not too nasty. All I know is that people aren't all necessarily friendly to you. It can be a bit of a competitive world out there.

Anyway you should have done manly thing and approached these women.

From my experience when a girl yells something at you when she's in a group like she's trying to do a catcall, it's a bad sign. Usually the chicks who do that are out looking for any guy, and are crazy.

Maybe this chick is different, but I'd stay careful either way.

It's almost like a holdover from when girls were in like high school and middle school...when they were in their little groups and all saw a cute guy nearby you know how they would all start talking really loud and acting gooofy? I find that they still do that to a certain extent. Especially when drunk. it's an IOI. usually. Either way, it doesnt hurt to treat it as such.

The childish behavior makes sense. I mean...on my way home this hb decides to sit next to me. Im at the far left seat...2 more to my right. Ok so she kinda plops down next to me obviously touching my leg and shoulder right. I was like whatever cuz i was eating my protein bar. But for a few blocks we r rubbing...so i finally readjust myself anf hit her boot. I say oh im sorry...she says its ok with a fat smile.. Ugh...im not even in the mood. So after a couple of stops later after i ignored her she moves over one spot.

Obviously looking for attention right?
Like give me my space you know.

What was the point of that?

Rarely happens to me.

Once pulled up at the lights next to this car full of girls my age. They had their music pumping and windows down. A car full of 7s & 8s but most I suspected were virgins.

One looks at me and yells: "Your hot!!!"

I just looked at her and replied: "I know."

Smiled and accelerated off.

I just try and be as arrogant and witty as possible in those situations.
