"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Transferred to a new university and with it, thought I'd start a new leaf and leave my old 'nice guy' ways behind. Needless to say, picked up a 9 but went 'nice'. After she ended it, I went no contact and hung out with A LOT of girls at university, in plain sight of her.
I guess I stuffed up because I initiated after a month or so of no contact. More so, I admit, was my need for closure as this is probably the first time I've 'counter rejected' a girl and not become that friend/ orbiter. We were chatting and I said sorry for being an ******* the last month or so. She replied it was alright and the reply posted in the title of this thread. I replied I thought the same and left it. Was that how I should of replied?
She did reply after all happy and lovey dovey telling me we are still friends so at least I got what I needed - she had become more acquainted with a few of my female friends and prominent in the social scene where I am so thought I'd best not to burn any bridges.

Do you guys think I should have done this? I know you should never apologize nor put a woman on a pedestal but I wanted to make peace and get rid of baggage I was carrying.

I guess my problem is that in other areas of life, I have a lot going for me right now and it just thrusts my inexperience with woman into the limelight. After this particular one though, it has really allowed me to open my eyes and assess what I've done wrong and right since I've left high school, what I have learnt and the goals I've now set and put into place. Furthermore stumbling across this site last night and the DJ bible has opened my eyes to A LOT of things!

Cheers guys. Glad to say hey and I hope to hopefully learn a bit from you all but at the same time do my best to contribute and help others as best I can - even if I may not be as experienced.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Just forget about the girl, my man. You're too hung up on her. There are PLENTY of other girls around that'll tickle your fancy. Also you didn't need to apologize to this girl, I don't see why you would do that.

This is basic advice but sometimes you just need a reminder. Good luck

What can you learn from this?

This is how a woman acts when she is not interested.

realize that low interest level means this kind of wacky, month-long-saga bullsh1t is the norm. All these ups, downs, complicated schemes, twists and turns - this is how it typically looks with uninterested women.

Find out how easy it can be when one is interested, then remember the contrast as you go forward in future. if ya want, of course, brohamz!!

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

^^^This.
You did fine, just agree with them when they say shıt like that and drop them. And no, you don't have to be friends with her, just let her text away (or yap away) and you find another chick who is actually into you.

OK, I'm kind of getting turned off you anyway. ;)

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Your princess is in another castle. Drop her ass.

Oh, your response is to just walk off. She is not to receive any more of your attention or time.

Case closed. Simple.
