“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Like I look at a Muscle and Fitness magazine and all the ads show these guys that are absolutely huge and they just look gross. I want good size but more like Ryan Reynolds in Blade Trinity and Brad Pitt in Fight Club. Do those huge guys take millions of supplements? Do I ever have to worry about getting that big? Should I not do squats and deadlifts if I don't want to get huge?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I was thinking the same thing, but I'll let you handle the diatribe. Maybe some guy named "potbelly" won't decide out of the blue to call you obese--which is quite amusing, really.

Everyone else, let WBA answer, just because it'll probably be better and maybe even funnier than what you guys will concoct. And I'm just too lazy.

Guys, I got this:

To the thread starter. Yes, I can tell you from experience that you should not to deadlifts and squats. When I was 115 lbs and wanted to gain 40 pounds, I did 2 sets of squats and 2 sets of deadlifts. I gained about 35 pounds the next day. I still wanted to gain 5 more pounds, so I just did 1 set of squats. However, the next day I gained 20 more pounds. I thought if I just don't work out, i'll lose some of it. However, I gained 20 more pounds the next day. I havn't worked out or consumed any protein in a 2 months, and so far I only lost 10 pounds.

Its horrible, every time I try to hit on a girl, she makes a face as if I farted, and then walks away saying "God! why can't all guys just look like brad pitt!"

Sarcasm taken a little too far ^^

Yes, those guys are on steroids. Yes, they've been busting their asses for most of their lives. Yes, they're huge. Yes, they're also genetically gifted.

However, the one thing you do not have to worry about, is getting to that size. Look at some of the NATURAL bodybuilders and see how much smaller they are. Those guys have still been busting ass for years.

The last thing you should do is drop squats and deads from your routine (or leave them out if you do not already have them). Yes, these exercises help you gain mass, but they will not make you freaky huge suddenly. You will have PLENTY of warning before you get there (at least a year). These should be kept, or added, to just about any routine. Not only do they pack on some mass, but provide great strength as well. Simple adjustments of reps when you reach your "ideal physique" can increase the strength with minimal mass gains.

Perfect diet, routine, dedication etc will get you some great size, and quickly at that, but one common misconception is that you will get to be 275lbs over night. Not going to happen my friend. You're overreacting, and I would highly suggest reading around (t-nation.com is a fave of mine) so you know what to expect.

Your response is much more level-headed.

bud, worry about getting too big when you're half their size, and not a moment sooner.

lol yeah it's a little too late for me to find the humor. Had this been read about 4 hours earlier. there would have been an LMAO in there somewhere.

BTW, Kev, don't advise him to eat less, then he may not gain as quick as he should. The quicker he gets to his ideal physique, the quicker he can focus on his strength. My favorite. :) I'd rather be 180 and strong as hell, rather than 215 and your average Joe.

unless you are naturaly huge and don't want to be..you will most likely NOT have to ever worry about getting too big. It's actually more likely that you would'nt even look anything close to either of those guys you named. It dosen't take alot of work to look like those types of guys but it does take a certain ammount of effort and the right things in the right combinations.Do you have the dedication is the right question to be asking yourself..

ALTHOUGH getting 'huge' is not something to worry about, because it takes time and *deliberate* effort, there might come a time when someone is content with their size and wants to stop gaining.

If that's the case, you do this:

1) you eat+train your way up to the weight/look you want

2) when you reach the weight/look you want you start eating a diet with the right amount of calories to maintain your body weight. You keep your protein at 1.5-2g/lb of body weight,

3) and you keep training progressively so that your muscles don't atrophy.

But not doing squats and deadlifts would be the worst thing you could do. They won't make you blow up overnight. Without them, you'd have relatively little growth potential. I think I once saw Iron Addict write, 'if you're not deadlifting, you're not really training', lol.
