"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

How do you know if they are truly over their ex-husband-bf? I believe very very little what the woman i have been meeting tell me.I have been doing the judge by actions not words but this one stumps me? If they still hang with their ex i dont get involved but what else am i missing???

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

My last long-term (about a year) was like this. She said she was over her ex-husband, etc, etc.

The thing that stood out for me that I pickup up on very clearly after some time was her deep bitterness and anger towards him. She was VERY bitter about him.

I think if they talk about them too much or seem angry about them (rather than indifferent) you pretty much know she's holding on.

Dear Catman,
Many Women never get over their bitterness towards the ex,pretty well suggests how they will badmouth you when you decide to bail out...my problem for some years has been with a Widow and her distorted love for her departed Lover...The way she has manicured her memories to make him into some God like Creature is quite baffling...It does get up my nose but I keep quiet, after all I don't have to worry about competition till the afterlife.
PS:Wonder if you get erections in Heaven.

My ex went on and on about how she hated her ex. Then she went on and on about how she hated me. Now she emails me and tries to be civil and her mother tells me she still loves me. What ever man.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

LOL! The older I get, the more I learn about women.

Unless it was extremely short term, I don't think women EVER get over their ex's. I'm still badmouthed by the girl who stalked me, and she's been married for at least five years.

Here's yet another example... I'm seeing an old ex tomorrow. She initiated contact with me when she heard I was single again. We chatted for a bit and she's a single mother now. Wanna know who the kid's father is??? The dude she was dating before we initially got together, LOL!

Women have absolutely no direction. They eat the same dog treats for years, but they'll still spin in circles in anticipation of it becoming available for them to devour.

You can tell by their actions towards you. If they treat you like a king, they are over it. If they act shady, NEXT them or at least demote them to plate status.

If they stop treating you like a king it's a red flag. If they treat you great in the beginning, and then resort to b!tchiness, hell yes it's a major demotion to plate.

They try to act great in the beginning to hook you. Then they show their true selves.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

First date screening question. Casually bring up the topic of breakups and exes. Talk about a friend of a friend. Ask her in an oh-by-the-way manner how she ended it with her broyfriend/husband.

Watch her reaction. Next accordingly.

Women who are not over their exes will never be emotionally available to you. They will have sex with you but tell you things like "I'm not ready for a relationship", or "Just want nothing serious".
The other sign to look out for is if they are over their ex, they will ridicule him. Make fun of him. There is a difference between anger, sadness, and ridicule. But mostly, she wil be emotionally available and WANT to be your girlfriend. Not, you want her to be your girlfriend.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Don't talk about this bullsh!t at all.

To her, you are a haven away from all that. You are new and exciting. You are an interesting man with better things to talk about than your fvcking exes, why do I even have to tell you this?

Don't even expect a newly single woman to be "over it". Talking about exes and relationships is a CHUMP move anyway.

And it doesn't matter WHAT a woman sais about her ex (WHICH IS A SUBJECT YOU DO NOT BREACH), all that matters is whether IF she is talking about him at all. Whether it's ridicule, anger, disenchantment, WHATEVER it is doesn't matter.

Picture the perfect date. Does it involve sitting around talking about your exes?
