"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

How do you keep your cool? What do you say? How do you respond?

Sometimes it hard to keep my cool when a girl flakes or teases me while in bed and never puts out. I usually dont say anything, then never talk to them again. Some of them can tell when I'm mad. I have an ego. I just don't know how to deal with it, even if I have other girls I talk to, no matter how great the benifits are or will be.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Work on your self confidence and self esteem. Having a healthy amount of each will make those experiences barely noticeable.

right and right... couldn't be more clear

if you think about it.. when a girl flakes first you get mad.. then the next thing you think about is why.. then soon after that you start to anaylize yourself and if she did it because of you..

standard case with pretty much every guy

It's fine to have an ego, but distance yourself from it. It may not seem like it at first, but the game is all about having fun (whether you enjoy the game itself yet or only its rewards is another issue entirely); both for you and the chick in question. If a chick is bored, they'll associate that feeling with you and lose interest quickly. Picking on you, the same as I pick on them all the time, is just their way of having some fun. Of course, keep in mind that you're still to be respected, but a little light poking is good for both parties. Besides, if a girl chiding you hurts your feelings, that ego sounds quite a bit more like pure arrogance.

As far as keeping my cool, it's really never bothered me. If the girl is flaking in bed, that just means you haven't worked them up sufficiently in most cases. I know my current **** buddy can be extremely flaky if I don't warm her up a bit, but then she'll practically rape me [I know, can't rape the willing, but...]. It is usually appropriate to just brush the jab off or respond with an appropriate one [ie, she teases you for not touching her in the right way, you respond that her sister thought it was perfect....this works particularly well in my case, since she thought I was seriously after her sister for a while].

I'm clueless as to what you're saying here. As Francisco said though, fix up that confidence and self-esteem and you should be fine. It is important not just to put out the impression that you're the best, but to honestly believe it. I have no doubt in my mind that I can handle anything that comes my way and I feel comfortable in almost any situation because of it. Being able to deflect the playful teasings of a chick shows her that you have the potential to be able to handle a lot more, that you're a real man.

There's that rare occassion when a girl you liked years ago, comes back, all over your nuts. I guess that's what i'm refering too there.

Thanks guys... I'll work on my confidence and self esteem. I guess one of the reasons it's been kinda hard for me is because I haven't been dating much this year.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
