“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Well guys,

I'm pretty devastated about my immediate-lifting future after suffering what feels like a significant shoulder injury playing basketball yesterday.

Long story short, I was blindsided by a 290lb bowling-ball of a man who was attempting to intercept a long outlet pass which was heading my way. I didn't even see him until he plowed straight through my left shoulder and the next thing I knew I was spinning down flat on the ground.

Today, I can't even lift my arm without excruciating pain shooting through my shoulder. I'll probably give it one more day and then get it checked out.

It's pretty apparent at this point that I won't be doing anything overly strenuous for a while. My question is, how can I keep from shriveling up and wasting all the nice gains I've been experiencing over the past few months?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Just do what I would do, just keep protein intake still coming every few hours. This might be a time to utilize machines more and just take it real easy and light, yet I imagine you can still hit legs real hard. If you could shed a few lbs of fat, now is the time to do some morning cardio and if I were you I'd at least call a good physical therapist. Hopefully you have insurance. Yet it's too hard to judge over an internet forum.
