"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

The question should be, what was she doing when she had her period before she met you??? Maybe she needs to go see her GYN. Have you suggested that??

I don't mean to come off sounding cold but there are some things you really can't (or shouldn’t) help her with, this being one of them, and I really don't think it is right for her to expect help from you at this time either, she was sort of setting you up to fail. It would be like you telling her 'I have a cold, make it go away’; well no one can do that. Of course if she wanted help going to the ER or Dr., that's different.

What you may want to do is to make a few suggestions to her –

-Call her ob/gyn and talk to him/her about the disabling cycles she has, maybe get a prescription for a mild muscle relaxer/pain medicines.
-Have the products she will need on hand, don't wait until they are needed.
-Therma care puts out these awesome heat patches you scrunch up and the reopen, they stay hot for 8 hours. You've seen the one for back and knees and such, they also make one for women to wear on the lower ab, OMG they are heaven.
-Mild exercise and/or orgasms help too. If you get a cramp in your leg do you lay in bed until it is gone? Nope, you are up fast and working the muscles around the cramp.
-Mint teas, pineapple juice, fish oils and more are some natural resolutions.

Again, charge her with the responsibility to research different techniques and steps to ease this, it is something she may have to deal with for a very long time. HAVE HER, not you, google ‘easing menstrual pain’, I bet she will find over 100 ideas and measures to try and I bet not one of them start with ‘call your boyfriend…..’.

help her? most women start their period around (at least I think, i'm not a woman) 13ish... meaning if that's true she has been "handilng it" for 5 years without you.

do what I do... leave

why even put myself in a situtation to get bictched out for no reason. I used to be able to tell when my mom was on hers growing up and I would stay out of her way and if she wanted something, regardless of what it was, I did it. hell hath no fury like a bleeding woman

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Couldn't have said it any better. I've learned how to count the days and plan around have other things scheduled during that period of time. She can do whatever she needs to do to get through it without me being around wondering why she is acting strangely.

It may be rather dirty... but orgasms help. I would try to have sex with my girlfriend, and she'd get an orgasm and she'd feel much better after...

I've noticed that some women are more horny after their periods. Occasionally, sex can help open the floodgates (sorry ladies) at the onset of her period. It really depends on the woman.

A universe...where heartbreak and sadness have bee
Stay the f*ck out of her way. You're not her nurse. Her physical issues are not your responsibility.

I'm not saying don't be sympathetic, but just stay the f**k away. If you're around when she's feeling ill, you become part of the "illness" experience.

Make her some tea, give her a heating pad, and offer to watch a movie with her. That's really all you can do.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

i posted on this a long time back.
im perfectly capable of taking care of myself during my monthly cycles but i do turn into the crab monster. there is no excuse for this, but i do not intentionally do this on purpose. that is why my husband leaves me alone.

the only thing he can do is make me laugh. sometimes he even makes me laugh at myself and my own actions. its a great stress reliever and laughing makes my cramps lighten up.
