"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I was hitting the bars every weekend with a pal I've had for 10 years. We were meeting girls drinking beers and having a blast

Everything was like clock work

He met a big time party girl and is now hitting the bar with her and for the most part isn't giving a crap about me

he's ****y and arrogant now over some chick he's known for 2 months. He's known me for 10 years and starts treating me like garbage.

I get the feeling he was either using me as a wingman or doesn't want me around this girl at the bar

I really don't get it.

PS Sorry If im posting this in the wrong section

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Ahhhhh....another man blinded by the shining power of the vagina! There are several reasons for this:

*She gives him rocking sex and you don't.
*She doesn't want him hanging around you, because you want to pick up women and she doesn't want competition.
*She is social proof for him. (He's no longer "just a wingman" he's now a guy with a wild girl!)

Don't worry, she'll use him and abuse him then dump him and you'll have your friend back.

Get a life. Your existence shouldn't depend on hanging out with one guy.

He can do it.

And you can also get something else to do, as his guy showed you he does not want to be around you.

Rule #1 of DJism, and it does not apply only to women: actions, not words. I repeat, this is true for people, not just women.

You'll never be able to control his actions, but you can control your own.

WTF using? Are you his girlfriend now?!

Good while it lasted. It's over. Go sarge alone or get another friend to do it.

Or wait, you do not have another friend? Great, go make some friends and go sarge with them!

Easy: He prefers to do stuff with her.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Ryan It Happened To You Too!

Oh Ryan, lol.

Excuse me for laughing, but damn it I thought I was the only man in existence that had this weird azz shyt happen to him.

Let me tell you this story....I swear to you, it's a true story.

I had been friends for a long time with a guy from high school. I was always the wild one between us, even though it wasn't until college that I really became a PUA, I still was the brave one. I would approach, get laid, and he was for the most part afraid.

The funny thing with this is this. When this guy would get a girl interested in him, he would fall in love fast and get in a relationship with her. Then....all of a sudden, this guy would change like 90 degrees!

All of a sudden, I am a bad influence, I am a loser, I "drink and party" too much. The guy says " I am the devil."

Then the first girl cheats on him, and he goes back to being my "boy" again. And it's funny, because the guy really has my back when he's my boy. Confusing as hell. Almost like a chick.

Now recently, another chick has come along taht he has fallen in love with fast and is a totally fvcking AFC around.

I went up to visit this guy at his job one day, and I swear to Ryan...this guy called the fvckin cops on me! He seem me walking up to the door and he called the cops. Next thing I know, a cop is walking in and my "boy" says, "It's him right there sir." Now I'm sitting down eating a fvcking Subway sandwich, not knowing wtf is gooing on.

The cop says, "Sir, you have to leave, they don't want you here!"

I left, and I had to restrain myself because I wanted to shot this motafvcka when he got off work.

So....fast forward to today, the chick has dumped his azz and he tells my sister, "Why hasn't John contacted me in a while?" Then gives my sister his cell number and tells her to tell me to call him.

Lol, Ryan....this is the strangest shyt I have ever seen. But all I say is this.

The REAL FRIEND is the guy that he is WHEN HE TURNS ON YOU. I mean, the other times are just a fvcking cover up in my opinion.

Get away from him, before he accuses you of shyt and tries to put you in jail with the NEXT chick comes along.

I've had friends "turn on me" as well when they got into a relationship. I guess the pu$$y is just too powerful. The best thing to do is to give him and his girl space and kick it with your other boys.

dificulties of approaching

Hello, my name and João (JOHN). I live in Brazil, I am 22 years old, I reside in the city of Rio de Janeiro. My problem and, the fear of approaching of beautiful women, whenever I see myself in situations that, beautiful women appear I am joined. I have several books on the subject :Ross your Jefries books, only that I don't get to place what I learned in practice, I study the concepts of the seduction day and night but in the hour of the he/she practices I get afraid, and as if he/she had a barrier impeding me of approaching, I know on how I should behave and which attitude I should have, but I need that courage to break those mental barriers that don't let me to approach of the beautiful women.
Please me of a CLUE of as I do to place everything that I know in he/she practices, my revolt and that it doesn't lack women here in Brazil, however I didn't have any result it ties now I am afraid of being old and never to have had contact with a beautiful woman.
As I win that FEAR of approaching.
I know for the that I read in your materials, that several types exist of seductive, in my case I am the type of seductive that he/she only STUDIES, but it never places in he/she practices what learned, as I can become a seductive apprentice of the art of the seduction daily without having fear.
I know that that that happens with me has to do with my trust state, and my internal game, I already tried you vary techniques and you or you didn't work you/they can feel an orientation of what I should do.
HAS A GIRL TO WHICH I LIKE AT THE UNIVERSITY, HER AND BLOND AND IF IT SEATS ON MY SIDE, I TRIED TO USE THE TECHNIQUE, CONCEITED FUNNY OF ANGELO'S DAVID, BUT SHE REMOVED ME AS CLOWN, WHICH I DO FOR SEDUCTION AND TO CREATE ATTRACTION THE TECHNIQUES THAT I ALREADY TRIED HAD BEEN.
TIE MORE AND I HOPE I EXPIRE, THEREFORE I FEEL ALREADY WINNER AND I WON'T BEND THE ANY PROBLEM.

BYE BYE

BEST REGARD

JOHN

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

some people are just like that. I consider it a character flaw myself. I know guys who would be out every night while single. Bam they find a girl and you mightn't seem them for weeks! I'm going out with a girl atm that wants to spend a lot of time with me. I still though make time to go see friends. Other guys are perfectly content to hang with the chick every Friday and Saturday night.

I can understand the not wanting you around with the chick aspect. When hanging out with my girl, I prefer to spend the time alone, its just easier. Its not an excuse for cutting off your friends though.

You say you two have been buddies for 10 years?

He clearly takes you for granted.

Give him some space and take the relationship you two have away, then he'll realize what he lost.

I knew a guy for 15 years. He met a chick, the chick didn't like me (thought I was the classic 'bad influence'), and she forbid him from having me as a friend. He had only known the chick for less than a year.

Well, they got married, and, I never talked to him again. I wasn't even invited to the wedding or reception!

Bro's before Ho's.

There is a reason this is so. Unfortunately, it's an obscure notion that is only fully understood by about 5% of guys.

This dude gladly became a woman's wife. (You read that right) And, he thought it was just ok to toss aside a friend of 15 years because his source of puzzy didn't like me. Cool - glad he's gone - I don't need to hang with chumps of that magnitude.

Understand that it's damn hard to find a woman who is comfortable of having her guy have the same bachelor ties that he had before he got married. The thing that people don't realize that you don't have to get rid of them, they just need to change in order to integrate with the lifestyle of a couple.

The same can be said for couples having children. Instead of adjusting their newlywed married lifestyle, they choose to forgo it for the lifestyle of mother and father. Instead of incorporating an adjusted (yet still fulfilling) couple's lifestyle, they relegate themselves to just catering to the kids. Complacency ensues and well.... You know the rest.

That's a true friend you got there.

Not a fake by all means.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
