Do you need frequent sex with a woman to stay sane? I am wondering if anyone have clue.

theres a lengthy m-word, perhaps you've heard of it. I think sexual release is just plain sexual release, and there is no real physiological/psychological difference regarding whether its done by your own hand or a woman.

Take note that there is an entire thread here, with hundreds/thousands of posts in which the cessation of masturbation is considered mandatory to increasing sex drive and the subsequent desire to actively sarge for women.

My own personal experiences directly correlate with this.

To the OP: you're asking how to survive without *contact* with women - if by contact you mean sexual contact - well if you have to have a release, then go with masturbation. Though I recommend you just keep it in and let your body naturally discharge through wet dreams.

I think that masturbation is no substitute for sex with a woman. There is intangible benefit from having real sex.

As long as you believe that, women have the power in life. you need to get that idea out of your head-women will sense you are different and will come to get you more readily. It shows up in the amount of "sh1t" you are willing to put up with.

There's a lot of scientific evidence that says that lack of physical contact with others - particularly with the opposite sex - can have a very detrimental effect on your psyche.

I believe this quite strongly. It almost seems like there are two different desires within me, one to just "get off" (which is fixed by having sex and/or masturbating) and another to just TOUCH women and be touched by them.

I do remember quite well a few months ago when I hadn't touched a girl for a good couple of months. I got with this girl and it wasn't the actual penetrative sex that was the big deal (though it was pretty good) it was the first kiss, the grasping of a nipple, the feeling of lying completely naked against someone.

Of course, I do think that whether or not you actually have feelings for the girl involved makes a big difference.

Now... this doesn't mean that you NEED a girl, I'm just saying that there are a lot of factors involved.
