Yes, there's a lot, and some of it is conflicting which is why you should read as much of it as you can stand, then spend a good bit of time reading and interacting here as well.

I read it in two days. I read fast and understand things quickly. Also, I wasn't a total AFC in the past. I concentrated on the parts of understanding how girls think, and what makes them pick a jerk over a nice guy. Now I understand why I got some girls in the past, and why I lost some girls. I think a good way to read it is to first use it to identify what your weaknesses are, then read about how to fix those weaknesses, then go out in the world and start fixing.
