"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

So I was in the mall today man and this dude tries to get in my way and I bump him. Then I hear him and his p*ssy ass crew yelling "Who you think you bumpin' into man? You hood? I'm gonna beat this niggas ass man!". You know, ghetto types who come up into places with there boys and act all hard. I'm personally not a fighter so I didn't want to make a scene and I just ignored him. But how would you guys react to these idiots?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

most of the times I ignore, if I am with a girl and they call her a *****/slut I feel that I have to defend her honor. Generally speaking you go for the leader of the group, come in hard and fast get him on the ground. I find that 90% of the time when you take down the biggest guy in the group everybody else backs off.

Grab Bas Ruttens fighting dvd's (you can download them online). Again generally speaking people like this rather not fight they just want to intimidate you. So if you approach him say somethign generic like 'what did you say?' and then immediately go for a jab to the throat or hook to the jaw he wont have time to react and will be on the floor.

Obviously if you suspect they are carrying guns stay the fu*k away.

Man they're just ****ing with you. NickBe, more people have guns nowadays so it's not like the old days just throw down and it's settled. I would just ignore them.

^^But what if you can't grow that tall, genetically? Working out is good advice, but telling people to grow taller isn't that practical or even necessarily possible.

Life isn't worth petty things like that. I try my best to avoid conflict unless someone seriously threatens me or I sense a real danger. If anything, when people say stuff like that I try to lighten the mood and make them laugh, or make a joke about myself. I would rather live than get killed over bumping into someone.

You never know who that other guy is, or what kind of mindset he is in. He could be drunk/high. He could be carrying a weapon. He could have just pulled a bank robbery for all you know, and couldn't care less to splatter your brains on the wall just for kicks.

It depends where your location is though. If anyone says that to me here, which is not often, I would stand my ground and not avoid conflict. I live in a small town where the last murder happened 11 years ago. Some kid beat up his grandfather with a skateboard. That's the worst crime we've had in 11 years. There are no gangs or violence, so I feel pretty safe arguing with strangers if it ever comes to it.

But if I was living in South-Central L.A., I would probably keep my mouth shut and run like a little girl.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I know it was a joke. I lived in a bad part of town and had to deal with this all the time... because I was white and they were Mexican. Anyways just do your best not to look intimidated by them. They go after weak prey basically, do you think they would talk that way to Vin Diesel? Hell no. So when I go into bad parts of town I fit right in, I am not intimidated by them and I never have any problems.

However I do my best to go to NICE parts of town so I'm not surrounded by this crap. I've dealt with it for 15-18 years and that was it! Nobody talks to me like that anymore!

You think he or any of his "possie" would talk that way when they were by themselves? No, they have to have their *****es backing them up. That's what sucks about it. I've been there man! Just do your best, get a college education and get a good job, get the hell out of there man! Plus like I said don't show any signs of weakness and these types of incidents won't happen so much.

Maybe stop bumping into people who look dangerous? If he does that, just turn around and say "My bad" and keep walking. If he keeps taunting you, laugh and/or smile and say "Sry, it won't happen again." (You're laughing because 1. you're acting like he's joking and 2. you know how absurd the whole situation is.) His acting like a douche isn't going to come across as particularly macho or impress many ladies. Just brush it off.

I knew this really short guy in 8th grade who started taking growth hormones in high school and now he's over 6 feet.

Simply walk away...

These kids are doing this 'act' to get you pissed off, if you react in ANY way it'll give them the satisfaction they want. Ignore them completely.

Who said there was anything wrong with this situation?

You think you can't turn it around and benefit from it? How wrong you are.

Laugh, joke, play around, be laid back. Don't be a threat to them, but be of high value. Be confident, but be fun.

Take what he said and turn it into something light hearted and funny. Let them know that you are not into conflict, but will stand up for yourself it things go too far. But you let them know through body language and subtly, not by verbalizing it.

Yes, Bas Rutten's Lethal Street Fighting are great, but these days with "Gangs" and such, you are probably best off not to do anything, even if you can take the whole lot of them. Even Bas Rutten advises that you get out of the area after a conflict, even if you do kick their asses.

And yes, Growth Hormones do work. But to simply avoid situations like these isn't worth it.

Synthetic hormones are extremely dangerous they can cause your body to start producing to many hormones. This can lead to heart attacks and many other problems.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

They act like that because inside they feel like ****e about themselves. Usually they have no self-worth so it is best to avoid confrontation(read: further engage them) with them because they have nothing to lose. When someone has nothing to lose they are dangerous.

In my experience, the people who were gonna mess with you didn't waste much on words. They come into places in groups because they are chicken****s or thinking of commiting a criminal act.

http://www.nononsenseselfdefense.com/bullies.htm The guy does a pretty good job on summing up the bully mindset.

Here's the best quote from the article:
Straight up, I don't give a **** what someone is saying over there. The fact that they are over there, seriously undermines the validity of them talking about what a chicken you are. If they're so ****in' big and bad how come they ain't over here doing the "who's your daddy" dance on your ass?

In my experience if you say passive things like that it just encourages them.

And yet being a man about it will put you in jail. That's why you don't let what others think affect you.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

robbing stores gets you in jail.. doing/dealing drugs will get you in jail... fighting will most likely NOT put you in jail, unless u break a bottle on his head or something.. it wont give you much trouble anyways..

damn you guys are so goody goody.. this has nothing to do with letting what others think of you affect you it was has to do with some tough ass *******s pushing you around and you making excuses to not face them

Over something like them talking shiet behind your back for bumping into them?

You're just wasting your time, you'll probably never see those guys again, they will probably never see you again.

Theres really only two ways to go at a situation like this.

Either you ignore them, or you stand your ground, which will most likely lead to a physical confrontation.

If you're going to go act hard but at the same time try to avoid physical confrontation, you're just going to look more like a douche

what makes you think ill avoid physical confrontation?

any ways most of the time they will back off .. some times they wont..

i dunno about you but at least say something back dont ignore them.. it makes it look like your afraid of them.. it doesnt matter if youll never see them again.. its not like your doing this to get chicks or something...

if theyre more or less your size go for it... it would be smart if theyre like 21 and ur 16 or if they have guns/knives or shiet to just back off

growing up, I can tell you people who bite don't have to bark. They just bite.

The more someone talks, the better I feel about a situtation. It's the quiet ones that scare.. not scare.. but I have to be careful about.

Backbreakers rule of fights:

If you do happen to get in a fight where there is more than one person against you.. grab 1, just one person.. and beat the living **** out of him.

you are going to get whipped... that's not the point. you were going to get whipped anyway. But that guy whose ass you have down in a hammerlock while his friends are running because the police/security have showed up... is going to remember that next time he wants to be hard.

yeah.. some of you grew up in an all girls school or something.. as long as knifes/bear bottles/guns aren't involved... nothing wrong with a good ole fashion slug fest. You aren't going to jail, espically if you didn't start it.

Don't be so scared of confrontation. I don't go around picking fights.. I do what I can to stay out of them... but I have a limit. A guy or a group of guys aren't just going to punk me down, unless they have a gun.. I'll take an ass whopping. It's not about that. It's about respect. you might loose the fight.. but I PROMISE you that you won't have to worry about them again.

El Stud... defending yourself... unless you have a gun/knife.. will NEVER get you in jail. that much I can promise you.

My little brother... who didn't grew up anywhere near like I did, has been put in a public school for the first time this past year. He has gotten beat up at least 5 times... kids envious of the clohtes he wears, the fact that he's good looking (hey..what can I say.. we are a good looking family), smart..He never fights back. He's scared to walk home. Just kids who know they can play around with him because he isn't going to him him.. because his mom taught im 'that's wrong to hit people". I called him last month and I told him if my dad tells me again you got beatup and dint' at least fight back, I am personally flying back to arkansas and I will put my own foot in your ass. you have to man up at some point. Dont' go around starting confrontations with people but unless they have weapons... you need to learn to take an ass whopping from time to time.
