"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I thought I got over this girl around 8 months ago. I thought my feelings for her were dead and buried. I thought I had moved on. Life was going great for me and then I saw her and her new boyfriend together and then it hit me "I still have deep feelings for this girl", "I wish she was mine". Although my feelings for this were supressed, it would appear they never went away.

After seeing her, my desire to be with her has increased and I really want to break my no contact with her, I know I shouldn't. I'm feeling weak and need advice on what to do next....

The AFC bug has bitten me again, sorry folks. :( :( :(

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

You have answered your own questions. Proceed to the next girl's bedroom and get underneath said female if you want to get over the last one.

I'm with you man, kicks the gut like a 12 gauge, personally I think its the realization that she's moved on. There's always a part of you deep down that thinks she'll never be over you, but seeing her with another guy shakes it up, and the reality you're living hasn't changed at all but it feels different, it feels wrong. Solution: get on some new pvssy and pound it! You'll feel better

You need to remember that ALL men go through this. It is an inescapable rite of passage, so you're in excellent and plentiful company.

You're simply experiencing a spike of the radar as feelings that you're processing are becoming inflamed, so-to-speak. It's natural and to be expected.

Just continue the NC and work to find other projects, interests and friendships.

A large part of this is not so much that you loved her as much as it is that she was "yours" and you perceive that another man has what was once yours. So your inner dialog makes up all sorts of things to tell you in order to entice you to get that which is "rightfully yours" back.

It's just pride, and again, it's perfectly normal. We all go through it and it hurts. Remember that if you two were supposed to be together, it would have worked out. Perhaps you are actually totally incompatible, perhaps you are in different periods in your lives, perhaps you were growing at different rates, perhaps many other things. But the bottom line is that it simply isn't meant to be. There is another fish in that great big sea who will be just right for you. She is not just right for you. So let her go, be a man about his business and before you know it this temporary spike will subside. It will subside much sooner than you think. You're dealing with breaking an addiction, which is tough, but you're well on your way. Remember that your emotional spikes are only temporary flare-ups and most definitely not reality.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

yeah, its mostly likely your pride and ego :), but its always help you keep NC, and move on, the less you know, faster you move on, facebook on that hand really make difficult you lose all contact like you should, I don't mean to block her there, but just make anything she does or not don't show on your feeds, don't even know if its possible.
