how do you get in frat parties?

Most of the frat parties I have been to have been money-making affairs for the frat. They buy kegs of cheap beer and sell you a plastic cup at the door for $5-10, and you drink all you want. Or until the beer runs out or the cops show up.

If you go to the school, early in the semester they will have "pledge weekend." The parties are free and all the frat guys will kiss your ass to try to get you to pledge the frat.
