The Real estate agency is a gold mine for hot young women
I'm not following what you mean by this. Are you claiming that many hot young women are real estate agents?
There are likely some hot young women who are real estate agents. However, more real estate agents are 30s-early 50s MILF types. They are either married moms or divorced moms collecting alimony and child support.
Real estate agents are paid on 100% commission. It's difficult to be a real estate agent without having a 2nd household income, so that's why it's more of a draw for more established, older married women. Few never married, single women can live off of 100% commission when getting started unless they have rich parents who can support them for the first 2-4 years while they build up a reputation and can get referrals. That 2-4 year timeline is more workable in a healthy real estate market. The current real estate market is not healthy. Neither was the real estate market of the late 2000s/early 2010s, especially in the Southwest USA and Florida.
Real estate agents are driving people to homes that are for sale. It's difficult to do that in certain types of cars, such as sports cars. It's impossible to be a real estate agent and drive potential clients to homes in a Ford Mustang with its tiny backseat. Real estate agents tend to drive either crossovers, full SUVs, or sometimes sedans. Those cars tend to be more associated with married moms, though some divorcee moms would drive them.

There's a great Dallas thread on this board for those who don't know about it. There's lots of information in it.
Based on @Jesse Pinkman's write ups of New York City, Miami, and large state universities, I thought it would be worthwhile to write up Dallas, the city I call home. The Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area (DFW) is the 4th most populated metropolitan area in the United States. Dallas and Fort...
