"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

The whole seduction business isn't something I have many problems with, but sooner or later I end up falling into some woman's games and never know how to deal with them and it usually leads downhill from there.

I'm in the very early stages of seeing a girl (started as a friend) and while we were out Friday night, another girl tried to hit on me. She was very touchy and flirty, I was friendly, but didn't do anything. The girl I'm seeing got offended by this and started being very cold with me. We spoke yesterday and after accusing me of flirting she's giving me the cold shoulder. I haven't done anything wrong and she knows it. She is attention seeking and this is a powerplay game.

But how do I play this game? Do I just ignore her and wait? I sure don't owe her an apology and I'm not going to chase her like some AFC (or my former self) would.

I could next her as I have another 3 options open to me, but I like this girl and I've been nexting too many women lately. Besdies, I figure these games are just female nature and unavoidable.

So what is the best way to deal with a sulky woman giving you the cold shoulder?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I just ignore it but put it up as a flag in your mind. If she is being a complete ass about it then I'd just walk away and let her come to you and apologize. You have other options anyway.

If she is causing grief and you just met her then it won't get better with time.

I would ask her whats wrong. When she tells you she is mad cuz a girl flirted with you. Tell her you couldnt control it and you just didn't feel right acting like a **** to the new girl and leave it at that and that you didn't intend to bother your gf.

If she then continues to give you the cold shoulder, then you give it right back and she will eventually apologize for overreacting.

Bah, what is giving the cold-shoulder back going to help? Do you really expect her to feel better about you when you do that?
She obviously likes you, she's just a bit jealous. How would you feel if an HB9 got hit on by some guy while you were on a date with her? Ofcourse you'd act on it. She just acted by being mad at you for getting hit on.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Use this situation as chance to test out some ideas.
The best thing to do is just freestyle the rest of this situation, with out holding on to any specific outcomes, positive or negative. let her go her own way, let her make her own deciscion for now.

Girls usualy want some type of revenge
they sometimes show it, sometimes not.
let her come back to you with sincerity
and forget it happened.

In the mean time you have your own life to focus on, try not to be hurt buy her actions.
Become a better guy. maybe you can call the girl who flirted with you!

Thank you all. I'm going to put her out of mind for now and let her get back to me. Just as long as she gets the message she can't walk over me.

Man, why play games? Girls who play games are likely not to be interested, you´re wasting your time!

You seem to be like those people who likes the fishing, but not the fish.

It's cool now, she has contacted me to put things right. I guess the best way to deal with these games is not to give them any significance.

Problem solved as easy as that. :)
