Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Talking from experience,
1. There is no way that this can be planned, it has to be entirely 'in the moment'.
2. Ussually helps if the girls are sluts and they are friends, this way they are willing to experiment.
3. It is important that you have no emotional connection with either one of them, they are not likely to want to share you.

well....i'm kinda seeing one girl that is really cool and doesnt seem to mind that i have been messing around with other girls...but she is emotionally attached...i dont think this would work...but what have i got to lose? your thoughts?

You shouldn't have to 'coax' them...
The man is the third party in a threesome... in truth, and is only there so women can have an excuse to **** each other.
Just be honest, and talk to the girl about it, if she's as 'cool' as you say she is, there is a possibility that she likes women. If she does, have her pick one, and let the good times roll...
